I provide carefully attuned therapeutic work with children, young adults, and families, informed by over ten years’ experience across community and school settings.
I work with children, young people, adults, and families to find meaningful ways of understanding and responding to life’s challenges. My approach is warm, containing, and playful. In sessions, I hold a stance of curiosity, often integrating creative modalities such as art, sandplay, storytelling, and metaphor as a tool to help children and young people explore feelings and make sense of their experiences.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic thinking, paying close attention to internal worlds and exploring the roots of difficulties rather than simply ‘fixing’ behaviours. Through this deeper understanding, growth and transformation become possible.
My work as a Mentalization-Based Therapist (MBT) also focuses on understanding our own and others’ inner worlds — the thoughts, feelings, and intentions that shape how we relate. This approach supports emotional growth and strengthens relationships.
I believe that therapy works best when you have a say in it. You are invited to ask questions, share what feels useful, or guide the pace and focus of our sessions. This is your space, and we explore it together.
I currently work as a school-based therapist in Cambridge and run a small private practice from my home studio in Swaffham Prior (CB25), providing a calm and confidential space for therapeutic work.

Things to know about me:
Parenting can bring up deep worries, fears, and frustrations. At times it can feel overwhelming — especially when support feels hard to access, or when your child’s behaviour is difficult to understand.
I work with parents of infants through to adolescence, offering a thoughtful and containing space where both your experience and your child’s experience can be explored, understood, and reflected upon. This is a space to slow things down and make sense of what might be happening beneath the surface.
Sessions can be one-off consultations or ongoing support, depending on what feels most helpful for you and your family.
Together, we can:
This work can be particularly helpful for complex and blended families, for parents navigating changing roles, or where relationships are shaped by both past experiences and present attachment patterns.

I offer clinical supervision to qualified therapists and trainee therapists working with children, young people, and families. As an integrative psychotherapist, I bring a thorough understanding of child development, affective neuroscience, and relational approaches to therapeutic work across developmental stages.
In supervision, I offer a reflective space where we can think carefully about your clients’ internal worlds, your therapeutic stance, and what is happening within the relational field. My approach is collaborative and curious. At times, we may use creative methods, such as drawing, sanitary, imagery, or metaphor, to open up new perspectives and deepen clinical understanding.
My supervisory style is warm, thoughtful, and attentive to both the emotional and technical aspects of practice. I support supervisees to develop confidence, reflect on their own process, and remain connected to their professional values, particularly when the work with complexity.
